Do you love face masks but can't afford to go to a spa every week!!?? I have just the remedy for you. Did you know that you can make your own face masks with just a few simple ingredients from your own kitchen?
Below are a few of my fav go-to masks. Apply these to freshly cleansed skin (face and neck) once or twice per week. Use a brush or your fingers to spread evenly, then wash with luke warm water after 15- 20 minutes depending on sensitivity. Follow by a toner such as rose water and moisturizer such as rosehip seed oil.
Avocado and Honey Mask for Hydration:
Mix all ingredients together:
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/4 ripe avocado
Yogurt Mask for Acne Prone Skin:
Mix all Ingredients together:
- 1 tsp of plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. organic turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. raw honey
- 1/2 a squeezed lemon
Mask for Aging Skin to Promote Smoothness:
Mix all Ingredients together:
- 1 T aloe vera gel
- 1 T of coconut oil
- 1 T of honey
