How do I return an item that is damaged or not the Item I ordered?
Once you reach out to us via email explaining the issue, we will ask you to do the following:
Damaged and Incorrect Products:
Within 14 days of receiving your product, return the product to us via the address on our 'Contact' page. Peaches + Creamies will reach out to you inquiring which of the following actions you prefer:
- Refund product and shipping cost
- Issue Credit of the product and shipping cost
- Re-order product for you and credit shipping cost
How do I exchange my item for a different size?
Please ensure that you take the time to review your order and sizing of the product. Unless the order received was not what you ordered online, we cannot accept exchanges as we use a fulfillment company to assist us with the products themselves.
