We will refund an item that is damaged or is lost in transit.

How do I return an item that is damaged or not the Item I ordered?
Once you reach out to us via email explaining the issue, we will ask you to do the following:
Damaged and Incorrect Products:
Within 14 days of receiving your product, return the product to us via the address on our 'Contact' page.  Peaches + Creamies will reach out to you inquiring which of the following actions you prefer:
  1. Refund product and shipping cost
  2. Issue Credit of the product and shipping cost
  3. Re-order product for you and credit shipping cost
